I just spoke with Maria, i did see where she emailed you a quote on some coverage changes and a response asking if you would like to move forward to contact her. I did ask her if she had received any messages for a call back since. She did say she got a phone message from another rep while she was at lunch today to call you back.. she did state she would give you a call shortly (same day). I really pride myself in my teams ability to get back to customers... I apologize if someone didn't relay the message to her. This could be a one-off situation as I've never received any complaints about getting back to customers however apologize for any of my team members not getting back to you in a timely manner. "

"Mr. Holley, I'm sorry that you were inconvenienced. When a customer moves out of State the transfer is done by the receiving agent in that State. Life insurance is transferred as well after a change of address is made which could take a little while to process. As the owner I do not train my staff in any way shape or form to hold on to policies for any reason. I hope you can understand that each State has State specific guidelines for out of State transfers. I apologize however if anyone of my staff may have caused any type of delay in the process for any reason. Please contact my office for any further explanation.
